Welcome to El Cajon Adult Day Health Care Center!
We’re a licensed and Medi-Cal certified community-based adult services program providing our El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Lemon Grove, Rancho San Diego and surrounding communities a variety of health, therapeutic, and social services to medically, socially, and/ or psychologically eligible adults. We are licensed to serve 244 participants daily—complementing the care received at home by offering a special place for your loved one to receive care that will prolong their independence while receiving medically based services.
Our skilled team consists of: nursing department, social services department, medical director, physical and occupational therapy, activity director, psychologist, registered dietitian, and a speech therapy. Our passionate team works to meet your needs and will provide your loved one with an individualized plan of care.
El Cajon ADHC is Licensed by the California Department of Health Services and certified by the Department of Aging since 2023.
